Job Description:
Your Piece of the Puzzle Do you enjoy maintaining buildings, HVAC equipment and facilities equipment to keep the business operating efficiently? Grandscape's Building Maintenance Technician II is the position for you.

Job Duties:
A Day in the Life Be the Expert:
Maintain working knowledge of plumbing repairs, refrigeration principles and tools to operate and repair AC equipment Preform:
Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls on heating, ventilation, and AC equipment Support:
Maintain multiple areas in good condition:
concrete floors curbs, lighting systems and controls, lightbulb and ballast changes, plumbing, carpentry repairs, breakroom equipment, etc.
Event Support:
assist the marketing team in setting up events by helping to setup and break down the event, put together tables and props, move furniture, etc.
Maintain:
Repair and install plumbing devices to include sink faucets, toilets, hand dryers, soap dispensers and cleaning all types of plumbing drains Sustain:
Replace lights and ballasts in fluorescent fixtures Be Precise:

Qualifications:
Can You Check These Boxes? High School Diploma or GED preferred 1 year building maintenance, custodial, general or labor experience required Technical or trade school classes in related field required Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Basic carpentry skills preferred Painting skills preferred Basic electrical knowledge preferred Plumbing knowledge preferred Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
