We are a retirement planning and life insurance agency that onboards and trains individuals so they can run their own insurance agency.
We're in need of individual brokers who are trained by us and then licensed in their state.
The licensing fee is $370, so we ask our brokers to be prepared to invest this amount.

You'll be helping people understand the different types of insurance and retirement strategies we offer so they can pick the right one.
To be a licensed insurance agent with the state, you will need to pursue a $370 license to become a broker.
Once you're trained and licensed, we'll help you start your own agency offering retirement and life insurance solutions as a broker.
This role requires no cold-calling, no door-knocking, and nobuying leads.
We help you connect with people through social media and word of mouth.
Location Carrollton, Texas Within Driving distance of Carrollton, Texas area Job type Full-time Part-time Schedule Monday to Saturday You'll be able to set your own schedule outside of our bi-weekly mandatory training on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Pay Range $15,000 - $40,000/year part-time $60,00 - $140,000/year full-time Benefits or Bonuses Annual performance-based bonus $20,000 - $100,000/year Potential monthly broker bonus of $10,000 - $30,000 (for licensed brokers only) 2-4 times per year, we select high-performing team members to take a paid vacation!
