Job Description:
Your Piece of the Puzzle As a Warehouse Trainer at NFM you will provide consistent, professional, quality training to new hires and existing staff.
You will ensure new hire success within the first 90 days of employment as well as on-going coaching and mentoring.
You will play a large role in setting your teammates up for success.
Job Duties:
A Day in the Life Set the Stage:
You will greet new hires during orientation, give tours of the warehouse, ensure new hires know where to report and are familiar with safety policies Safety First:
Guarantee that new hires have the skills, knowledge, and tools to succeed in their job and preform their job in a safe manner Make it Flawless:
Preform in classroom and on the job training to ensure staff are fully certified to operate machinery and are confident in their skills and abilities before releasing them to their departments Collaborate:
Provide managers with regular feedback on progress of new hires and staff during training Develop:
Assist the training manager in updating and creating training materials Be the Expert:
Serve as a resource to current staff on training related subject and career development Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love-because that's what we love.
Qualifications:
Can You Check These Boxes? Must be 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED preferred 3 years of warehouse experience required 1-year customer contact experience required 1-year equipment experience preferred Excellent written and verbal skills required Ability to present training materials in a large group setting required MS Office applications, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
required Ability to work in high places required Ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
